Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, especially the spacious Superior Room with a stunning view and comfortable seating on the balcony. The thermal pools were absolutely wonderful, but I was taken aback by the all-buffet dining in high season, which was not mentioned beforehand. Overall, the grounds are beautiful and perfect for relaxing or exploring, even though I felt the price was a bit steep for the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was nearly excellent, featuring a superior room that offered great space and a lovely balcony. The natural thermal pools were a highlight, but the dining options during high season were less varied than expected since the à la carte menu was not available. The grounds are stunning, with beautiful gardens and trails to explore. While the overall experience was rewarding, the cost is a factor to consider for a return visit.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which has clearly been upgraded since my last visit. The grounds are stunning, with beautiful gardens that lead into the breathtaking surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the thermal pools, although the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, I would definitely consider returning, despite some minor issues with the food variety.
The hotel is a wonderful large spa resort nestled in Puyehue National Park, offering stunning views and a unique experience with its thermal pools. The rooms are comfortable, though the layout could be improved. The dining experience was decent but not remarkable, mainly consisting of buffet options. Overall, it provides good value for the price, especially with the beautiful surroundings and amenities.
I had a fantastic experience at this spa hotel, which is beautifully restored and surrounded by breathtaking nature. The Superior Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views. However, the dining options during high season were disappointing as they were limited to buffets. The spa facilities, including the pools, were a major highlight and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, although the cost may be a concern for some.
